Sales Policy Alison Strollers Inc. offers a Limited 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for any purchase made at www.alisonstrollers.com within 30 days of the date you received the product and offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

  1. Defective products may be returned for exchange or refund.
  2. Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange or refund.
  3. Opened or used products must be in resalable condition.
    1. Alison Strollers Inc. reserves the right to charge restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc.
    2. Physically damaged products will not be accepted.
After the 30-day grace period, Alison Strollers Inc. will only accept defective products for warranty services (see warranty policy below).
** There are no refunds on new, used, opened, unopened, or defective products after the 30-day grace period.
Processing Times Once your payment got confirmed, shipment will be process within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays). Please note the financial institutions take 1-2 business day to process your transaction.

If you place an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. You will be updated via email.

Taxes You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable fees/charges including but not limited to; brokerage, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.
Shipping & Handling All merchandise are ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.

Carriers usually deliver between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, carriers will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location.

Shipping Risks When Alison Strollers Inc. ships the product, shipping insurance is added to the parcel. Our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier's terms and conditions. Alison Strollers Inc. does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.
Return Policy Comply with "Sales Policy", Alison Strollers Inc. requires the original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us for all returns. To obtain a RMA number, please use the online customer support form.

Returns to Alison Strollers Inc. are free in Canada and USA. Pre-paid returns label will be email to you once the RMA number has been issued. Affix the label to your package over the original shipping label, and keep the tracking number for future reference.

Returned merchandise must not be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation. This includes any physical alteration and modification to the product. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for inspection and refund/exchange to be processed.

Refunds will be made by the same method used for your purchase. Full credit will only apply to those items that are returned with all parts and packing materials included as originally shipped. No returns or exchanges for any special order products, or any products marked as "no return".

** Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refuse and abandon. We do not accept in person returns.
Warranty Policy The limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, physical damage etc. In no way does Alison Strollers Inc. warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made.
Limited Liability The maximum liability to you on products purchased from Alison Strollers Inc. shall be limited to the purchase price of the products you paid. Alison Strollers Inc. will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies in all cases however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other reasons. Some of these limitations may not apply in some jurisdictions and those damages limitations not allowed under by exclusion or restriction under law may not apply to you.
